Daily tasks can include:
  • Meeting with prospective and current clients
  • Analyzing coverage and investment options and explaining details to clients
  • Promoting your business, budgeting and scaling your team
  • Ensuring you are up-to-date on industry regulations and product offerings
  • Managing policy renewals
  • Maintaining client and business records

We're looking for a goal-oriented individual with proven personal and financial success, natural drive, and a desire to help others. The ability to manage an office, hire staff, and develop marketing and sales plans is required. Experience in an agriculture-related field is a bonus. Farm Bureau Agents are 1099 business owners. To operate as an IAR, Series 7/66 licenses are required. Farm Bureau supports prospective agents in obtaining Insurance and Securities licenses. A background check is required for all applicants.
Pay:
$85,000.00
