Remote work possible , provided all security protocols and client data compliance requirements are strictly followed Overview Diversify is offering a short-term, project-based internship opportunity for Financial Planning students who have completed the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course. This role is designed to support a defined internal project focused on transferring and organizing client data between our CRM database and eMoney. This internship does not guarantee long-term or permanent employment with Diversify. However, it provides meaningful hands-on experience working alongside CFP® professionals, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors who actively build and maintain client portfolio reviews within eMoney. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and reconcile client data from the CRM system into eMoney Review existing client information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy Follow detailed workflows and documentation standards established by the advisory team Collaborate with CFP® advisors, Paraplanners, and Associate Advisors supporting portfolio reviews Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive client information Adhere to all firm security policies, especially when working remotely Required Qualifications Current Financial Planning student or recent graduate Completion of the Technological Applications in Personal Financial Planning course Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Basic familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology Comfortable working with financial technology platforms and databases Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines Preferred Skills Prior exposure to eMoney, CRM systems, or similar financial planning software Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently once trained Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed Training & Supervision Initial onboarding and training will be conducted on-site with Diversify team members Ongoing guidance and project oversight will be provided throughout the internship Remote work eligibility begins only after training is complete and proficiency is demonstrated Important Notes This is a project-specific internship scheduled to last approximately 3-6 months Completion of the project does not guarantee continued or permanent employment with Diversify Interns are expected to maintain an utmost compliance-focused mindset at all times when handling client data What You'll Gain Hands-on experience using eMoney in a real advisory firm setting Exposure to real-world financial planning workflows and portfolio review preparation Professional interaction with CFP® advisors and planning team members Practical experience that complements academic financial planning courseworkBenefits
