The Challenge… We are seeking a client-facing Wealth Advisor to manage and grow an existing book of relationships (approximately 100-150 households). This role is focused on deepening client relationships, driving organic growth, and delivering high-quality financial advice . The right candidate is credible with clients, proactive in business development, and comfortable operating in a high-touch, fast-paced environment . What You'll Do Serve as lead advisor for a defined group of clients, delivering ongoing financial planning and investment guidance Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and their families Create, implement, and update comprehensive financial plans , including investment, retirement, estate, and tax considerations Partner with internal investment and planning professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality advice Collaborate with clients' external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) to ensure an integrated approach Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth , including client referrals and additional wallet share Stay current on industry developments and maintain regulatory compliance How We Work We operate in an Advisor Pod structure , where each advisor is supported by a Senior Relationship Manager. This allows advisors to focus on clients, advice, and growth , while leveraging team-based support for execution and service. What You Bring 6+ years of experience as a client-facing wealth management financial advisor Strong knowledge of investments, financial planning, and wealth management strategies Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to clients Relationship management skills with high-net-worth clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Licenses, series 65, 66, or
SIE. CFP
® designation a bonus Experience with MoneyGuidePro, eMoney or similar planning tools Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity also a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at critical problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
