full-time Senior Wealth Advisor $120,000 base + $14,000

  • 18,000 discretionary bonus We are hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client
  • a well-established, independently operated wealth management firm in Scottsdale, AZ .

This is not a sales role. There is no cold calling, no prospecting quota, no pressure to hunt. You will be handed an established book of high-net-worth clients and trusted to deliver exceptional, holistic financial planning and service.

What the role looks like:

Service approximately 100-150 HNW households ($50-100M AUM) with a dedicated CSA handling admin and follow-up coordination Develop and present comprehensive financial plans covering investments, estate planning, tax strategy, and more Work with clients holding $500K+ in investable assets
