Lisle, IL Help students fund their future•and build a meaningful career while you do it. We are hiring multiple Financial Aid Advisors to join a growing team supporting student success. In this role, you will deliver accurate, responsive financial aid advising and guide students through every stage of the student lifecycle•from intake and enrollment to graduation. You will explain program costs, outline funding options including Title IV federal financial aid programs, and develop individualized financial plans. You will also monitor student eligibility and conduct proactive outreach when data indicates potential barriers to persistence or completion.What You'll Do:
Provide financial aid advising, student account guidance, and first contact resolution Maintain compliance with Title IV regulations and federal and state policies Analyze student data and recommend solutions for funding challenges Support admissions, new student orientation, and student self-service tools Deliver service through video advising, inbound calls, and outreachWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of customer service experience (higher education preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Eligibility for NSLDS system access (not in default on Title IV aid)Benefits:
