Wealth Advisor

Our award-winning Firm is seeking an experienced Wealth Management professional to join our dedicated staff. Copper Leaf Financial is a leading Vermont based RIA, committed to both exceeding our clients' expectations and ensuring that our talented team has opportunities for development and balance. An experienced Wealth Advisor at Copper Leaf serves as a strategic member of our collaborative and service-oriented culture as a primary manager of our client relationships. They are responsible for managing existing client relationships, formulating recommendations and implementing advice in coordination with Partners, peers and other staff, as well as actively engaging in business development initiatives. All candidates must possess a clean U-4.

Preferred Qualifications:

5-10+ years industry experience with at least 3-5+ as a lead client advisor. CFP strongly preferred. Will be required to obtain within first year of employment if designation not already had. Experience with MoneyGuide, WealthBox, Schwab, and Fidelity preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Effectively communicates our evidence-based investing philosophy and comprehensive planning strategy. Strategically drives the wealth management process for clients through comprehensive financial planning with the support of our team, including review and evaluation of income, assets, tax exposure, investment portfolio, insurance and estate plan. Meet regularly with clients for on-going plan review, updating current and future circumstances, needs and objectives and reviewing investment performance. Complies with requirements and professional practices associated with investment advisory in an RIA firm. Manages business development pipeline for new opportunities from existing clients. Actively pursues new business relationships, community involvement and professional centers of influence. Comfort with exploring technology that is on the forefront of the wealth advisement service industry. Salary range The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible and official offers depend on factors such as experience, education and skills deemed transferable to this position and our Firm.
