What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Financial Services Associate, you'll become an important part of our operations team by helping ensure our clients' insurance policies are serviced accurately and efficiently after they are placed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing insurance policy service requests from start to finish Communicating with insurance companies to complete policy changes and resolve service requests Ordering policy summaries, in-force illustrations, and other carrier documentation Tracking premium payments and policy requirements Maintaining accurate client and policy records Supporting advisors and clients throughout the policy service process Assisting with general operational and administrative tasks Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency No insurance experience? What We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Arts or Humanities or related field is a plus), or equivalent professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) A positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, administration, banking, finance, insurance, or another professional office environment We value attitude, aptitude, and initiative over previous industry experience.
