Job Description

Client Experience Associate, Advisor Dedicated Farther - 5.0 Irving, TX Job Details 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Unlimited paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Investment advisory support Trade execution in financial markets Customer relationship building CFP DocuSign Investment operations Mid-level Managing clients in a finance role Decision making E-signature software CRM system proficiency 4 years Process management Communication skills Full Job Description Company Description Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience. Farther's founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We're backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders. Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you're the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you. The Role This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role built to give one of our advisors a true right hand. You'll serve as the dedicated point of continuity for a thriving, boutique advisory practice — owning the full client service lifecycle (everything except the client meetings themselves) so the advisor can stay focused on planning and relationships instead of day-to-day execution. This isn't a stepping stone to becoming an advisor or a people manager, and it isn't a sales or prospecting role — it's built for someone who wants to own this seat and get really good at managing the client relationship process. Your Impact Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs — monitoring the advisor's email and voicemail daily and responding with professionalism, clarity, and calm judgment Facilitate money movement, distributions, trades, and rebalancing actions, escalating when tax or planning judgment is required Proactively monitor custodian alerts and action-needed items (including NIGOs and money movement issues) and drive them to resolution Own meeting prep and follow-up — maintaining meeting planners as living documents and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Coordinate paperwork and workflows across custodian platforms, DocuSign, or paper processes, based on what each client prefers Ensure Required Minimum Distributions and other deadline-driven items are completed well ahead of schedule Handle the majority of client matters independently when the advisor is out of office The Ideal Match 4+ years of client-facing experience in wealth management, including ownership of the full client lifecycle within a boutique or independent advisory practice Strong communication skills paired with calm, sound judgment under pressure Experience with custodial platforms, trading/rebalancing tools, and CRM systems Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable operating with autonomy and trusted to make day-to-day judgment calls Genuinely looking for a long-term home in this seat — not a stepping stone toward becoming an advisor or a people manager Bonus Points Former CFP-track professional who's realized they're happiest owning execution and client care rather than prospecting or advising Hands-on experience with tools like 55ip, Ramp, or similar portfolio, trading, or expense platforms A genuine passion for building efficient, repeatable operational processes Why Join Us Competitive comp package that rewards impact Work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling startup Chart your own growth path as we expand Full health benefits + 401(k) matching & Roth IRA options Unlimited PTO Ready to disrupt wealth management?
