full-time Job description: Entry-Level Wealth Management Associate (LC Elite Program) Lemnis Capital LLC is a registered investment adviser (RIA) serving individuals, families, and business owners with comprehensive wealth management. Our representatives are dual-registered through Innovation Partners LLC for broker-dealer services when appropriate. We're hiring an entry-level Wealth Management Associate to join our LC Elite Program-our leadership fast-track designed to develop future advisors and firm leaders through structured training, mentoring, and clear performance milestones. What You'll Do Build and grow your own book of business through proactive outreach, referrals, and community/networking activity. Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, cash flow, risk tolerance, and priorities. Support the delivery of financial planning and investment advice under supervision (as licensing/registration permits). Educate prospective clients on our process and the value of holistic wealth management. Partner with senior advisors and leadership on case design, meeting preparation, follow-up, and onboarding. Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client notes in CRM and follow firm compliance standards. Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and coaching to develop consultative sales and advisory skills. LC Elite Program (Leadership Fast Track) The LC Elite Program is a structured development path that accelerates high-potential associates into leadership. You'll receive defined onboarding, weekly coaching, and mentorship while you build your client base. Progression is milestone-based and focuses on consistent activity, mastery of our planning and investment process, and strong client experience. What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience; interest in wealth management, financial planning, and client-facing work. Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations by phone, email, and in person. Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable; enjoys goals, accountability, and measurable progress. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track follow-ups and manage a pipeline. High integrity and commitment to compliance and client-first standards.
Preferred:
bachelor's degree (finance/economics/business helpful) and prior sales, service, or leadership experience.
Licensing:
ability to obtain/maintain required registrations (for example, Series 7/66 or equivalent, as applicable) and state insurance licenses, based on role needs and supervision.
