POSITION SUMMARY
Zachry is seeking an Employee Assistance Program Advisor (Bilingual) for our home office in San Antonio, TX. The EAP Coordinator will support the Zachry employee community by providing resources and referrals. The EAP Advisor does not provide direct clinical care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Ecumenical Studies or equivalent field of study Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed MSW, LPC, LCSW, LCDC or equivalent field of study applicable to the EAP profession 1 - 5 years' experience based on master level area of study or chaplaincy field Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing Experience with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Ability to travel overnight as needed
PREFFERED JOB REQUIREMENTS 1-3
years of experience in the EAP profession Certified CEAP or Certified Chaplain Please note the EAP Advisor does not provide direct clinical care.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work will be in a professional, "buttoned-up" corporate office environment operating and functioning at a fast pace. Our corporate campus includes an on-site café with various daily breakfast, lunch and snack-time selections, a sizeable fitness center equipped with various state of the art workout equipment & weights, outdoor walking/jogging-path, herb garden, basketball half-court, sand-volleyball court, soccer field. Working out of cubicles. Noise levels will be low to moderate, but mainly low with cube neighbors' phone-calls, conversations and/or laughter. You can expect people to treat you with respect and friendliness throughout the campus.
