Duties Provide personalized financial advice to clients, focusing on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to secure their future. Assist clients with investment management advisory services, including portfolio management and cash management strategies. Explain and recommend financial products and services aligned with clients' wealth management goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, updates on market trends, and tailored financial analysis. Conduct research on financial markets, industry regulations, and new investment opportunities to inform client recommendations. Support clients in understanding complex financial concepts such as securities law, tax implications, and financial compliance requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions that meet individual client needs. Requirements Proven experience practicing in the securities industry or within a financial services environment with a focus on wealth management or estate planning. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including FINRA standards, securities law, and industry compliance protocols. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, investment strategies, and portfolio management tools. Familiarity with financial software platforms used for research, client relationship management (CRM), and asset management. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients of diverse backgrounds. Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or equivalent credentials are highly preferred. A solid understanding of tax strategies, estate planning procedures, banking services expertise, and public accounting principles is advantageous.
