Our deep expertise in the dental industry, combined with a strong commitment to technology and education, allows us to deliver proactive, personalized financial advice to dentists across the country. We are a fast-growing firm that values collaboration, clear communication, adaptability, and follow-through, all while keeping work enjoyable. If you are looking for a dynamic environment where you can grow your career in financial services, we would love to hear from you. The Role We're hiring an Associate Advisor to support our advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services who enjoys organization, communication, and being a key part of a client-focused team. You'll own the workflow for your assigned advisor's book of business—making sure every commitment is tracked, every deadline is met, and every client interaction is well-prepared. You'll become deeply familiar with the clients you support: their plans, their preferences, and the rhythm of their service. The role involves regular client-facing interaction—attending meetings, following up on outstanding items, coordinating next steps, and ensuring clients have what they need between advisor meetings. This is a great opportunity if you're an aspiring financial advisor who wants to learn from a seasoned advisor, gain exposure to real planning work, get more comfortable with client interactions, and ultimately move on to manage clients of your own.
