At Sentinel, seminars are filled, and leads are provided — your job is to walk in, build trust, and close. If you have the skills and the discipline to follow a system that works, this is where you build a career. About the Role You'll educate prospects (many 59+, with $1M+ in assets) through a two-meeting process: discovery first, then a structured plan and close. From there, you're their advisor for life — annual reviews, ongoing trust, long-term relationships. What You'll Do Lead or support seminars that build Sentinel's credibility with prospects Run first meetings focused on discovery and listening, not pitching Present structured financial plans and guide clients to a confident decision Maintain relationships through annual reviews and proactive communication Document meetings to firm and regulatory compliance standards Manage 2-3 client meetings per day once fully ramped What We Provide All leads provided and seminars filled for you Dedicated Paraplanner for plan prep and admin support Hands-on, comprehensive training in Sentinel's process 401(k) with 4% match All overhead covered — marketing, office, admin, seminars Flexible work-life balance Family-oriented culture Top performers earn $250K+ Who We're Looking For Someone who leads with empathy, listens more than they talk, and stays composed under pressure.
Backgrounds that translate well:
wealth advisory, financial planning, life insurance or annuity sales, IAR/fiduciary work, insurance wholesaling, or pharmaceutical sales. Series 65 license (required) Life & Health Insurance license (required) Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's a plus CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, or Certified Financial Fiduciary strongly preferred Compensation & Growth Full-time, commission-based W-2 role. First 6-8 months are immersion in Sentinel's process. From there, expect your first client within 90 days and additional clients in the following 90 — building toward a full, lasting practice.
