Job Description

The Mission Acorn Financial Services was built on a foundational premise: eliminate financial silos. We don't just coordinate basic accounts; we truly integrate our clients' entire financial lives across complex tax, legal, and investment landscapes. As a Junior Financial Advisor, you are at the beginning of a rigorous, highly rewarding career path. Your mission is to provide the critical analytical and structural support that empowers our Senior Wealth Advisors to deliver unparalleled holistic stewardship to our clients. Who You Are You thrive in disciplined execution. You know that in wealth management, consistency always beats intensity. You bring intense focus and accountability to data analysis, market research, and the meticulous preparation of financial plans. You grow through feedback and challenge. You view every client meeting, every portfolio analysis, and every constructive critique as a critical learning opportunity. You actively seek feedback from senior partners to accelerate your path to professional mastery. You hold an uncompromising standard for detail. In financial services, small analytical errors compound massively over time. You sweat the minutiae when entering financial data into CRM systems and modeling long-term financial projections. You win together. You are eager to support the broader team, share credit, and play a vital, high-impact role behind the scenes to ensure the client receives a flawless, perfectly coordinated presentation. What You Will Do Assist senior advisors in gathering comprehensive financial data, interpreting complex client information, and building highly customized, accurate financial plans. Conduct detailed market research, analyze various investment vehicles, and assist in the preparation of sophisticated investment proposals and periodic portfolio reviews. Attend critical client meetings alongside Senior Advisors, meticulously documenting strategic action items, and ensuring all follow-up tasks are executed with extreme urgency. Support the complex client onboarding process by ensuring all financial records, risk tolerance profiles, and newly drafted estate planning documents are perfectly integrated into our CRM. How We Measure Success (Outcomes) The singular primary outcome of this role is leveraging the time of the Senior Advisors. Success is measured by the volume of analytical and preparatory work successfully offloaded from senior staff. Maintain a near-perfect accuracy rate in all data entry, CRM management, and preliminary financial modeling tasks. Demonstrate measurable, rapid progress toward advanced professional certifications (e.g., CFP, Series 7/66) within a strictly defined timeframe. What We Offer We offer a clear, meticulously defined career path toward becoming a Lead Financial Advisor within a prestigious firm. You will receive direct, daily mentorship from industry veterans who manage highly complex, high-net-worth portfolios. You will operate within a culture of sincere candor and growth, backed by top-tier benefits, hybrid flexibility, and highly competitive entry-level compensation.
