Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage trusted relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives. Deliver comprehensive wealth management, investment, retirement, and financial planning solutions tailored to client needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through referrals, networking, community involvement, and partnership with internal bank teams. Conduct client portfolio reviews and recommend investment strategies aligned with clients' evolving circumstances and market conditions. Collaborate with retail, business banking, mortgage, and commercial banking teams to identify and serve wealth management opportunities. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, firm policies, and industry standards. Maintain thorough and accurate client records, investment documentation, and suitability assessments. Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance and recommendations. Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance visibility and strengthen client relationships. Meet or exceed established business development, asset growth, and client retention goals. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience in investment advisory, wealth management, financial planning, or financial services. Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, asset allocation, and portfolio management principles. Excellent relationship-building, business development, and consultative sales skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and commitment to fiduciary and ethical standards. Bank Officer Designation This role is designated as an Officer role within the Bank. Vice President-level candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services experience. Licensing Requirements Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. State Life and Health Insurance license preferred; required within six months of employment.
