You'll work alongside experienced Senior Financial Advisors, supporting new clients and smaller existing accounts while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development throughout your career. You'll learn how to establish meaningful client relationships from the very beginning, understand financial needs, develop comprehensive financial plans, and build the presentation and implementation skills needed to help clients work toward their goals. Ideal Qualifications Include:
At least two years of business or sales experience Knowledge of or previous experience working with life insurance for financial planning purposes Vermont State Life, Accident & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain Some form of Equities Licensing (SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, or Series 66), or willingness to obtain A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in financial services Strong relationship-building and communication skills

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
