Type:

full-time Our client is a growing, independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firm in the Seattle area that builds long-term relationships with clients through thoughtful, personalized investment management and financial planning. They're looking for a Junior Wealth Advisor to support client service and begin developing their own book of business over time. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their advisory career who wants hands-on mentorship, direct client exposure, and a clear path toward becoming a lead advisor - at a firm small enough that your contributions are visible and valued. Key Responsibilities Support senior advisors in servicing an established client base, including meeting prep, follow-up, and ongoing communication Assist with financial plan development and investment reviews Begin building your own relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement Help maintain accurate client records and data across planning and CRM systems Participate in internal projects and firm initiatives as the team grows Represent the firm's values and client-first culture in every interaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Series 65 (or willingness to obtain) 1+ year of experience in Wealth Management firm or RIA setting, ideally as a Financial Advisor CFP certification, or actively working toward it, is a plus Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM software, and financial planning platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine interest in helping people and building long-term relationships High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, team-first attitude Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable growing with a small, ambitious firm
