Job Description

Join a mission-driven nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities through trust administration and beneficiary services. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in trust administration, banking operations, fiduciary services, asset management, or client service.

ResponsibilitiesProcess and review trust disbursement requests.

Communicate with beneficiaries and agents to collect required documentation.

Monitor account balances and prepare financial reports.

Support cash management and investment-related reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams on beneficiary spending plans.

Document investment review meetings and action items.

Assist with trust administration projects and beneficiary support.
