Wealth Advisor Associate Kohler, Wisconsin | Up to $95,000 DOE | Comprehensive Benefits A well-established wealth-advisory organization in the Sheboygan area is adding an early-career financial professional to support experienced advisors and help clients make confident financial decisions. This is a strong development opportunity for someone who enjoys both analysis and relationship building and wants a clear path toward becoming a Wealth Advisor. What You Will Be Doing Prepare for client meetings by gathering financial information, building agendas, and organizing planning materials. Assist with comprehensive financial plans covering cash flow, investments, retirement, insurance, education funding, tax considerations, and estate-planning objectives. Research planning questions, model scenarios, and prepare recommendations for senior-advisor review. Document client decisions and action items, coordinate follow-up, and support implementation of approved recommendations. Respond to client needs with professionalism and gradually take ownership of portions of review meetings and client education. Maintain accurate information in financial-planning, relationship-management, and related systems. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience. One to three years of experience in financial services, banking, investment operations, client service, accounting, or a related environment. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and discretion with confidential information. A client-first mindset and genuine interest in developing into a trusted advisor. Commitment to obtain required securities and Wisconsin insurance licenses within an agreed timeframe. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting financial advisors or working in wealth management. SIE completed, Series 7 and Series 66 held or in progress, or interest in earning the CFP certification. Familiarity with financial-planning, portfolio-management, CRM, or custodial platforms.
