Target Compensation:

What You'll Do As an Investment Specialist , you'll serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for clients, helping them understand their options and confidently navigate a variety of financial needs. Respond to client questions regarding IRAs, 403(b) plans, investment allocations, distributions, account transfers, and related financial products. Guide clients through retirement planning, wealth transfers, beneficiary claims, and other sensitive financial situations with professionalism and empathy. Process asset transfers, exchanges, distributions, and account updates while adhering to IRS requirements, plan guidelines, and applicable regulations. Meet with clients virtually and in person to discuss retirement savings, investment, and distribution options. Partner with service, advisory, and field consulting teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Contribute to special projects, regulatory initiatives, process improvements, and other team priorities. What We're Looking For FINRA licensing, including SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 , along with a Wisconsin Life Insurance License . Candidates who are partially licensed may also be considered based on recent exam activity and progress toward completing required licenses. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, banking, insurance, sales, or a related client-facing environment. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly. A client-first mindset and the ability to handle sensitive financial situations with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
