Target Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 + Bonus Key Responsibilities for the
Investment Specialist:
Serve as a trusted resource for clients by answering questions related to IRAs, 403(b) plans, investment allocations, distributions, and account transfers. Guide clients through retirement planning, wealth transfer, beneficiary claims, and other sensitive financial situations with empathy and professionalism. Process asset transfers, exchanges, and account updates while ensuring compliance with IRS and plan-specific regulations. Meet with clients virtually and in person to discuss retirement savings and distribution options. Support special projects, regulatory updates, process improvements, and collaboration across service, advisory, and field consulting teams. Qualifications for the
Investment Specialist:
FINRA licensing required, including SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Wisconsin Life Insurance License. Candidates who are partially licensed may be considered based on exam progress and recent testing history. 1-2 years of customer service, financial services, banking, insurance, or sales experience.
