Senior Wealth Advisor - Existing Client Book Confidential Wealth Management Firm | Sheboygan, WI Sheboygan, WI| $140,000-$170,000+ base salary plus bonus Established client book | No cold calling required About the Opportunity We are partnering with a successful wealth management firm in Sheboygan, WI, to identify an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to step into an established book of high-net-worth client relationships. This is a great opportunity for an advisor who wants to focus on planning, client relationships, retention, and team-based advisory work without having to cold call or build a book from scratch. The right person will be polished, client-ready, collaborative, and strong at explaining financial planning concepts in a clear, confident way. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the lead advisor for an established client book . Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and families . Lead client meetings, reviews, planning discussions, and follow-up. Provide guidance around retirement, investments, tax, estate, insurance, charitable giving, and legacy planning . Partner with internal planning, investment, and service teams to deliver a strong client experience. Build trust with clients and generate referrals through service, not cold prospecting. Maintain strong documentation, compliance, and fiduciary standards. What They're Looking For 5+ years as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Client Advisor. Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth clients . Strong financial planning experience. Series 65 or Series 7/66 highly preferred Excellent communication skills and polished client presence. Team-first mindset and comfort working in a shared-revenue model. Life and Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain if needed.
