Cost & Pricing Analyst The Cost and Pricing Analyst provides support for Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) Foreign Military Sales (FMS). During the undefinitized period, determine allowable costs. Ensure that they adhere to all financial guidelines and regulations. As they move forward, you support negotiating the final price. Provide detailed cost and pricing analysis to ensure that the pricing is fair and reasonable for all parties involved.
Pricing Analysis:
Conduct detailed cost and pricing analysis for FMS contracts, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation:
Work with contracting officers and foreign governments to negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Data Submission:
Ensure the submission of certified cost or pricing data when required and verify the adequacy of price competition
Cost Management:
Manage costs associated with doing business with foreign governments, including selling expenses and post-delivery support services
Qualifications:
Experience:
4 years of prior experience in defense contracting or FMS pricing
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Clearance:
Active DoD Secret clearance- must have and maintain
