As a Revenue Management Analyst (Specialist), youll join a team that sits at the heart of Air New Zealands commercial success. The role you will play Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of routes, using data and insight to optimise revenue outcomes Analyse spanet trends, booking patterns, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks Develop, implement, and refine revenue management strategies that respond to changing demand and spanet conditions Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that support commercial decisions and strategic initiatives Partner with stakeholders across the business to turn insights into actions that improve performance Apply a test-and-learn mindset to evaluate new opportunities and drive continuous improvement Monitor competitive activity and recommend actions that strengthen Air New Zealands spanet position What were looking for A tertiary qualification in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, engineering, finance, economics, operations research, or equivalent experience Experience in a role focused on commercial analysis, pricing, revenue optimisation, demand planning, performance analysis, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders across a range of business functions Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling story through data Curiosity, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and develop Experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics would be advantageous, but is not essential We know great talent comes in many forms.
