Reporting to the Senior Manager of Pricing and Inventory, this role focuses on delivering analytical insights that enhance decision making, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical capabilities, translating complex data into clear recommendations for leaders across the organization. This individual will support executive level decisions, partner cross functionally, and help drive a disciplined approach to inventory optimization, pricing strategy, and profitability management. This role is onsite at our HQ in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Job Responsibilities Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making for pricing and inventory management. Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize processes. Facilitate collaboration between variable operations and departments such as marketing and sales. Develop and maintain reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver high-level summaries and recommendations based on operational data to leadership. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data (minimum 1 year of experience). Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling (minimum 1 year of experience). Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Preferred:
Master's Degree in a related discipline. Exposure to pricing or inventory management in an operational setting. Familiarity with marketing analytics and cross-departmental collaboration.
