Sales & Cost Manager(English-Korean Bilingual)
Job Description
1. Manage existing automotive customer accounts and support new business opportunities. 2. Prepare and review RFQs, quotations, pricing proposals, and cost estimates. 3. Analyze product costs, pricing, and profit margins to support competitive pricing decisions. 4. Participate in customer price negotiations and business reviews. 5. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams on customer and cost-related matters. 6. Monitor sales, forecasts, pricing changes, and profitability, and prepare related reports. ■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 3-10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Cost Management, Pricing, or related functions. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Experience with RFQs, quotations, cost analysis, and pricing negotiations preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Bilingual in Korean and English required. ■
