Autocar Parts Drive Strategy Through Data Autocar Parts is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, improve profitability, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence pricing decisions that impact revenue, margin performance, and market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Perform pricing, margin, and revenue leakage analyses to identify opportunities that improve sales performance and profitability. Support pricing initiatives including list price development, customer-specific discount structures, and product conversion opportunities. Partner with the Pricing Manager to develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives. Analyze pricing data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Investigate and resolve complex pricing inquiries and discrepancies. Utilize competitive market intelligence to develop price-to-win recommendations. Provide deal analysis and pricing support for Sales leadership. Support the execution and monitoring of pricing adjustments to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Assist in the development and enhancement of pricing tools, policies, and procedures. Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a scientific field. Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate complex data. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and business recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively partner across departments.
