Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education/experience. 2+ years of experience in Pricing Analysis, Cost Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a related business function. Knowledge of pricing operations, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles. Proficiency in spreadsheet, reporting, and data analysis tools, coupled with demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP). Background in manufacturing, distribution, product costing, or supply chain environments. Experience supporting standard cost updates, variance analysis, and overhead allocation processes.
