Newly Created Pricing Analyst Opportunity! Join a growing organization and play a key role in building pricing processes, driving profitability, and influencing business strategy. Direct Hire | $95K-$110K | On-Site We are working with a client who is seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing & Revenue Lead to help drive profitable growth across a dynamic, product-focused organization. This individual will play a key role in developing pricing strategies, improving profitability, analyzing customer and product performance, and supporting revenue optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to influence pricing decisions, improve processes, and drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and support pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions. Analyze pricing, margins, customer profitability, sales performance, and revenue trends. Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization and discount management. Monitor market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer buying behaviors. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to support pricing decisions and revenue growth initiatives. Develop pricing models, reporting tools, dashboards, and business insights that support data-driven decision-making. Help establish pricing guidelines, governance processes, and performance metrics. Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and reporting capabilities. Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and key stakeholders. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, business analytics, profitability analysis, or a related field. Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, agriculture, consumer products, or other product-driven industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to influence business decisions and improve financial performance. Strong understanding of pricing, margins, profitability, customer segmentation, and revenue management concepts. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Finance teams. Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
