Hudson Road Animal Hospital in Woodbury, MN is looking for a Client Services Representative, 32-38 hours per week. Days include Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month (alternate with Friday). Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and pet owners
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
• Greet clients and check them in upon arrival
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and exam rooms
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
• Educate clients on pet care, including nutrition, grooming, and training
• Maintain accurate records of client information and medical history

Skills:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a veterinary setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with medical terms used in veterinary medicine is helpful.
