In this highly visible and strategic role, you will help shape and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth across the business. Working closely with teams across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and IT, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing decisions, strengthen market competitiveness, and enhance customer value. This role offers the opportunity to influence business performance, lead pricing initiatives, and contribute to the success of globally recognized brands including RIDGID, Greenlee, and Klauke. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and implement pricing strategies across the Americas by evaluating market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to drive profitable growth. Lead pricing initiatives, including price modeling, margin analysis, and business case development, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on pricing decisions. Provide strategic oversight of pricing programs and customer funding initiatives, ensuring effective governance, policy compliance, and performance tracking. Deliver advanced pricing analytics and recommendations, including price impact assessments, profitability analysis, and customer-specific pricing support that enable informed business decisions. Manage pricing communications and tools, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective delivery of pricing information to internal teams and channel partners. Oversee pricing governance, processes, and systems to maintain data integrity, operational excellence, and alignment with global pricing policies. Lead and develop pricing talent and capabilities by fostering collaboration, building scalable analytical tools, and driving continuous improvement across the pricing function.

You take accountability, manage your work with discipline, and consistently deliver meaningful business impact.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or commercial strategy. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo. MBA or other advanced business degree.
