Job Description

Sofidel America is a leading name in the tissue paper industry, committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing and Sales Controller to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional eager to grow within a global company. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic pricing, and be ready to contribute in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing financial plans aligned with company objectives Support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models Conduct variance and profitability analyses to identify improvement opportunities Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review Monitor sales trends and help identify areas for performance optimization Support pricing strategy development, including private label pricing and bid processes Assist in evaluating marketing campaigns and measuring ROI Maintain accuracy of financial data and assist in internal control processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or Economics Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or co-op experience welcome) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and communication skills Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and basic financial concepts Ability to work independently and support a remote sales organization Why Join Sofidel?
