Job Description

Summary:
Develop accurate & timely pricing quotes for new and existing products, ensuring we are both competitive in our offer to the customer and able to defend & expand margins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and calculate pricing for all new & existing products as well as impact on contribution margins, using available tools. Gather, store & maintain raw material & component inputs from procurement and/or outside vendors; analyze for key insights that may impact pricing decisions. Develop understanding of how labor rates & manufacturing processes drive costs and margins. Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, management & sales team to develop formal pricing quotations for new business. Assist, as needed, in initial project review and customer requirements to assure accuracy in the final price quoted. Work with order processing to verify accuracy of price quoted to customer against actual purchase order. Report & analyze key costing/pricing metrics to identify areas of improvement. All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS degree, ideally in a quantitative (e.g., computer science, data science, economics) or business field (e.g. finance, accounting, management). A minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing costing experience; ERP/MRP experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Excel & Microsoft office applications. Track record of using data & analyses to solve problems, make decisions, and influence others. Strong time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work well under pressure. Highly adaptable to change, with a demonstrated sense of ownership, and personal accountability.

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
