Analyze credit, pricing, funnel, and market trends to drive profitable growth and optimize RoE . Partner with Credit Risk, Product, Analytics, and senior/C-level stakeholders. Experience with third-party origination channels and related credit/pricing policies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary client contact and engage with senior/C-level executives. Optimize pricing, credit policies, approval funnels, and origination channels . Analyze credit performance and market dynamics; provide actionable recommendations. Manage channel strategies, including policy development, testing, and pricing optimization . Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and manage offshore analytical teams. Requirements 8+ years in credit risk strategy, consulting, solution design, and client management. Strong SQL and Python skills. Experience managing origination channels . Expertise in credit cards/lending , particularly acquisitions and underwriting . Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred; strong BA/BS candidates from top-tier institutions also considered.
