This Merchant Services Deal Pricing Analyst role supports pricing decisions within the Merchant Services business, helping evaluate client pricing opportunities, profitability, transaction trends, and business growth potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical finance or payments professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating with sales and relationship management teams, and making recommendations that influence client relationships and revenue outcomes. The role offers a hybrid schedule, exposure to a large financial services environment, and the opportunity to contribute to pricing strategy within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will work with supportive business partners across multiple teams and gain valuable experience in merchant services pricing, financial analysis, and payments operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze merchant pricing requests and evaluate financial impacts related to revenue, profitability, risk, and client competitiveness. Partner with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers to support pricing decisions and client relationship strategies. Review merchant business characteristics, including transaction volume, processing trends, seasonality, and cost structures. Prepare data-driven recommendations using financial, operational, and business insights. Use Excel, reporting tools, and business intelligence resources to support pricing analysis, reporting, and modeling. Manage multiple pricing requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:

$54.33 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Contract Type:

12-month contract with possible extension and potential conversion for the right candidate.
