Full Job Description Pricing Analyst Salary:
$65,000 - $70,000 per year

Position Summary GracoRoberts is seeking a data-driven Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing and margin optimization initiatives across our product portfolio. This role will analyze sales, quote, pricing, and market data to identify opportunities to improve profitability, support competitive positioning, and drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales, quote, and e-commerce transaction data to identify margin trends, pricing opportunities, and win/loss patterns. Build and maintain product-level margin models, pricing dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership. Develop and manage price floors, target margins, and pricing escalation guidelines by product category and customer segment. Evaluate supplier cost changes and recommend pricing adjustments to maintain profitability and competitiveness. Identify, investigate, and escalate pricing anomalies, including margin-negative transactions, excessive discounts, and pricing inconsistencies. Requirements 1-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, sales operations, or another data-intensive analytical role. Associate's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, nested logic, data modeling, and analysis of large datasets. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of pricing and margin fundamentals, including cost, markup, gross margin, and contribution margin, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, or aerospace/defense environments. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar platforms. Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to communicate analytical findings and pricing recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization. Why Join GracoRoberts?
