In this position... Ford Credit is seeking a Finance Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and process modernization across the business. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader who can balance financial performance, market competitiveness, and operational simplicity while partnering across Sales, Treasury, Risk, Ford Automotive Segments, Data Analytics, and Finance. The Finance Pricing Manager will play a critical role in shaping pricing decisions, guiding strategic initiatives, and advancing modern pricing capabilities through improved analytics, governance, and technology. This leader will also develop team capability and help drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and innovation. What you'll do... Lead pricing strategy and revenue management initiatives that support business priorities, targeted returns, and market competitiveness Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute pricing and incentive programs Lead pricing support for new products and strategic initiatives across the business Identify and deliver opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, simplify workflows, and enhance financial performance Provide competitive benchmarking, profitability insights, and pricing recommendations to support business decisions Collaborate with Ford Auto, Treasury, Risk, Data Analytics and Finance to align forward-looking assumptions that support placement rates and targeted returns Strengthen pricing governance through improved documentation, internal controls, transparency, and decision support Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics that monitor pricing performance and help identify trends and opportunities Support the redesign and transition of pricing models in Europe from Excel to cloud-based Anaplan solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and integration Coach and develop team members, build organizational capability, and ensure continuity through team transitions You'll have... 8+ years of experience in automotive finance, banking, captive finance, or other financial services environments Experience with pricing, revenue management, and profitability analysis Deep understanding of pricing strategy, borrowing cost, funding, and return optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and communicating effectively with senior leadership Experience leading strategic initiatives, driving change, and improving business processes Strong presentation and data visualization skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Commitment to simplification, modernization, and continuous improvement Inclusive leadership style with a track record of developing and empowering teams Familiarity with Anaplan or other cloud-based planning and pricing tools You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply! Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
