Job Description

Reimbursement & Pricing Analyst Position Summary Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Reimbursement & Pricing Analyst to support reimbursement, contract pricing, reporting, and revenue recovery activities. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, timely reimbursements, and effective management of pricing and promotional programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience working with financial, operational, or reporting data. Key Responsibilities Track and reconcile vendor payments, receivables, and reporting data Research and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, promotions, rebates, and reimbursements Prepare and submit reimbursement claims and supporting documentation Analyze promotional programs, contract pricing, and discount structures to ensure compliance and accuracy Process credits, adjustments, and rebill requests as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding pricing, contracts, and reimbursement programs Support ongoing reporting and data management initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, analytics, reimbursement, pricing, contracts, or a related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with large volumes of data preferred Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
