Full Job Description Senior Manager, Pricing and Yield Location:

If you're excited about solving complex problems that improve healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. —- About the Role We're looking for a Pricing & Yield Management professional to join our team and drive strategic decisions that directly impact business outcomes. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of sales, product, and finance teams, translating data into pricing strategies that optimize revenue while balancing scale and growth. You'll split your time between strategic operational decisions and building the foundations of new monetization approaches, specifically a biddable auction environment. How You'll Make an Impact Drive strategic pricing and inventory allocation decisions as part of the team's operational rhythm—decisions that directly influence business performance Partner across sales, product, deal desk, and other teams to understand market dynamics and inform pricing strategy Own the development and optimization of our new biddable auction environment from day 1, defining the pricing logic and strategy that powers this monetization model Build the analytical frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at scale across our pricing strategy Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in our pricing approach, then develop the systems and processes to capture them
What We're Looking For:
We're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications: 7-10 years of relevant experience in advertising pricing and yield management Deep experience with biddable and auction environments Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships across a wide range of partner teams An analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail Compensation The anticipated total compensation for this role is depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Our total compensation package may include: Base salary Equity (where applicable) Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable) Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
