MIUGyTi1MK-389076-en_US) What you'll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Contract Pricing at XPO Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work or military experience
- 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated ability to derive insight from large datasets, formulate solutions and drive action
- Solid grasp of economics and supply chains
- Working knowledge of contractual language and agreements
- Highlyanized work style with proven ability to multitask
- Excellent written and oralmunication skills
- Able to manage the revenue and profitability for a portfolio of accounts
- Able to collaborate with the Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan
- Able to do a critical quantitative evaluation and make rmendations
- Expert in cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc.
- Able to demonstrate leadership to drive results. Self-driven and takes ownership over workload with minimal support from management
- Able to interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers and assist the Sales team with negotiation preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or Mathematics
- Master's degree
- 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis in the transportation field
