About the Role Responsible for managing pivotal aspects of the group, including profitability and pricing-related analysis, evaluate cost structures, prepare various reports, while also assisting sales and sales support personnel to achieve set goals. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible to coordinate with the Marketing Team in developing price strategies for new product introductions as well as managing the system setup of pricing for our sales quotation system and order approval process. Your Impact Manages a team of analysts with a focus on daily pricing operations, individual team development and ongoing process improvements. Manages all aspects of Service Pricing including development of new product launches, changes for existing models based on market demand, and ensuring integrity of pricing that is uploaded in ERP System for order processing. Manages all aspects of Large Deal pricing including development of sell price based on configurations, size of opportunity, service requirements and contract terms. Oversees online pricing registrations for the team and delegates responsibilities, while guiding team with recommendations and ensuring all projects are compliant with client requirements and completed on time. Provides pricing approvals and presents business cases to upper management for approval of unique opportunities. Reviews and documents potential areas for automation and system enhancements within the Strategic Pricing and Revenue Operations team, always with a focus towards business process improvements. Maintains current documentation of all department related processes. Manages the order order approval process for Strategic Pricing, ensuring orders are compliant to sales policy and profitability guidelines. Utilizes technology to create tools that drive innovation and efficiencies. Assists and supports other departments with questions regarding strategic pricing.
About You:
The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required. Experience with databases and Oracle systems is a plus. We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $96,880
