Role and Responsibilities As the Senior Manager, Pricing & Programming you will lead a team responsible for all pricing and programming practices within Samsung Home Appliances. This position will develop creative solutions surrounding our pricing and customer programs and be responsible for driving cross-functional work processes focused on accelerating growth for the Builder channel. Additionally, this role will be responsible for conducting data and trend analysis focused on tracking programming and profitability. The role will directly engage with our Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation and Finance departments. Position Objective Partners with Sales, Marketing and our customers to understand current trends and customer strategies and makes recommendations regarding pricing and customer promotions Identifies opportunities for revenue and profit improvement and develops plans along with Marketing and Regional Sales Leadership to execute Provides thought leadership to Product Marketing by analyzing complex channel, consumer, and marketplace dynamics Influences leadership regarding gaps and opportunities to grow business and be able to gain approval within tight timelines Develops and administers annual customer programs for hundreds of customers Identifies gaps in our current processes and develops best practices for improving pricing and promotion integrity and accuracy. Leads customer pricing analyses and creates fresh ideas and solutions that help to grow our businesses and achieve sales targets Reports monthly to Leadership to ensure profitability targets are being met and forecasts and shares the impact of future projects on the P/L Manages and maintains salesforce data, best practices, and quoting for Account managers across the country
