Job Description

We are currently looking for a Pricing Specialist to be the supportive force that empowers our team. The Pricing Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer price relationships, communicating pricing and price changes both internally and externally with channel partners, and assisting with managing pricing in PDC's ERP system (SAP) - by customer, by price list, and by individual product. The right candidate will be a problem solver, analytical thinker, results-oriented, strong attention to detail, and excel at managing price data. This individual, as a member of the team, will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the company.
Requirements:
Work cross-functionally, establishing relationships across teams and levels within the organization with stakeholders to create, enhance, and improve the overall quality of PDC's pricing data Run ongoing, metric-based data quality projects to ensure the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of the customer price records. Perform data loads and mass data updates Define and document business rules and governance for pricing data Maintain customer price data Perform and support internal and external audits to ensure pricing database accuracy, contract compliance, and SOX compliance Review and resolve pricing issues Manage pricing queue containing requests from internal and external customers Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, automate, and improve customer pricing data quality. Actively engage in continuous process improvement Other duties may be assigned based on business needs #LI-EA1

What You Need To Be Successful Degree in marketing, data science, math, or other related field or relevant experience 1-3 years or more of work experience in reporting, data management, marketing, or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn software systems and programs Knowledge of database concepts Highly organized and possesses great attention to detail Process-oriented problem solver and analytical thinker Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and work with tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience with and the ability to effectively work within cross-functional teams, as well as work independently Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, with deliverables completed on time and with high-quality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ERP system experience, preferably with SAP Experience with analyzing and updating large datasets and/or database management. Strong understanding of relational database structures English fluency. Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to multitask Ability to solve problems and think outside the box Prior work experience in Customer Data Management or pricing is a plus Proactively seeks and implements AI tools and strategies to increase productivity.
