To this point, we believe that the vehicle owner's experience is paramount and deserves all possible attention and care. We are looking for a Field Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site property inspections and valuations to determine accurate market values for residential, commercial, and land properties. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze data, photograph properties, verify legal descriptions, and prepare detailed appraisal reports in line with industry standards and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Measure, photograph, and document property features and conditions. Conduct field inspections of residential, commercial, or agricultural properties. Research market trends, comparable sales, zoning, and tax data. Verify property records and ensure data accuracy in appraisal software or databases. Prepare clear and detailed appraisal reports that comply with USPAP and company guidelines. Communicate findings to internal teams, clients, and property owners as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all inspections and evaluations. Ensure all work meets deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed or certified appraiser (or eligibility for certification) is highly desirable. Strong analytical, math, and research skills. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred Proficiency in appraisal software (e.g., ACI, ClickFORMS, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
