Role:

As a CBRE Sr. Global Property Tax Consultant, you'll be responsible for meeting the property tax needs of small to medium-sized clients . This job is part of the Valuation function. They are responsible for inspecting and determining values of land, property, and businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary client interface for daily operations.
• Work with tax officials related to appeals. Present recommendations to clients.
• Review properties assigned and identify whether to appeal property assessment values.
• Prepare appeals for property valuation. Provide support needed for billing.
• Assist management with efficient review and appeal processes for property values.
• Present data to Sr. Management for developing revenue.
• Maintain state property tax agent licensing.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
