Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Inspector to join our Short-Term Rental (STR) property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental properties to ensure they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills will help maintain high property standards and enhance guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic property management operation focused on delivering exceptional short-term rental experiences. This position will have the opportunity ot advance into operations. Unlike our competitors, our inspections take up to an hour to ensure the perfect guest experience. Most inspectors conduct 1-4 inspections per day, depending on seasonal activity. Your pay rate will include the time for you to travel to the first location. Most schedules are planned well in advance, but last-minute bookings or property issues can alter schedules. You will be working directly with the company owners, and advancement opportunities are available for top performers with a passion for the vacation rental business. Responsibilities/Duties Inspect each home's cleanliness, and make sure all amenities, linens, bedding, etc., are presented properly. Exterior inspection and attention as needed for furniture, pool/beach gear, BBQ grill cleanliness/operation, decks, etc. Note maintenance needs. Address any that do not require tools or extended time. Communicate with our team using our calendar and communication applications. In extraordinary circumstances you may need to assist with cleaning is issues arise. Requirements Valid drivers license and email address. Pass a basic background screening. Reliable transportation and mobile device able to received email, text and push notifications. Ability to communicate multiple findings clearly both verbally and in written reports; and ensure follow up of issues. Self motivated and great time management skills. Ability to speak or communicate with housekeepers in Spanish is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
