WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're interested in building relationships with reliable subcontractors, not simply finding the cheapest labor.
Ideal vendors:

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Depending on trade and project requirements, vendors may be asked to provide: W-9 Certificate of Insurance General liability coverage Workers' compensation coverage or applicable documentation Business information Applicable Georgia professional/trade license References or previous project history Photos of previous work Written pricing/estimates Licensing and insurance requirements will depend on the trade and scope of work.
HOW IT WORKS
When SKA Property Services receives an appropriate project, approved vendors may receive an opportunity to quote or accept a defined scope of work. Scope, pricing, timeline and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. We're especially interested in contractors who want to build a relationship that can lead to consistent multifamily and property-management work.
IMPORTANT
This is an independent subcontractor/vendor opportunity, not an hourly employee position. Subcontractors operate independent businesses and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, tools, transportation, insurance and licensing as applicable.
