Job Description

Overview LTL-Team is a nationwide consulting firm specializing in the implementation of large-scale land acquisition and relocation projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Land Acquisition Agent to support our activities in Hawaii. This role involves working with property owners, public agencies, and stakeholders to secure the necessary rights for project completion while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist with the implementation of our acquisition and relocation projects in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations including the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended Negotiate with property owners to acquire land, easements, and other rights of way for our projects Conduct property research, including title reviews, ownership verification, and land use analysis Coordinate with other project team members to ensure the timely acquisition of permanent and temporary property rights Maintain accurate records and project files according to federal standards Assist with relocation efforts when required, including communicating benefits and support to displaced parties Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field Post-secondary education and a Hawaii real estate license are preferred Must have strong written and verbal communication skills The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to read and interpret easement documents, deeds, appraisal reports, title reports, tax and survey maps, legal descriptions, and construction plans Must have strong skills with MS Office applications including Excel, Power Point, and Word Position requires work in an office environment Please send your resume and a cover letter with salary requirements (salary is flexible and will be commensurate to experience and any relevant licensing) to rmoncrieffe@ltl-team.com.

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
