• Fieldwork What You'll Be Doing Do you enjoy working independently, being outside, and using technology?

Are you the kind of person who notices details others miss? We're looking for a Residential Appraisal Deputy to help make sure homes and agricultural properties in Allen County are assessed fairly and accurately. This is a field-based role with time in the office too. You'll be visiting neighborhoods, measuring homes and structures, collecting data, and entering it into our specialized software. • and like driving around the community What You Need to Apply High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, data entry, or similar Willingness and ability to earn your Indiana Level II Assessor-Appraiser certification within 6 months (we help with this!

) Commitment to earning Level III within 18 months after Level II Experience with measuring or evaluating property is a plus
