THE TYPE OF SENIOR REAL PROPERTY ANALYST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related technical field 3+ years of installation management experience, preferably involving real estate or real property records accountability for a DoD or other federal entity 1+ year of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes Demonstrated ability to validate real property data, including hard-copy and digital records U.S. citizen Ability to regularly travel throughout your region Direct NexGen IT experience and existing familiarity with Air Force real property CATCODEs, experience leading Corrective Action Plans under FIAR, A-123, or similar audit-readiness frameworks, and experience supervising technical teams across multiple locations are preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SENIOR REAL PROPERTY ANALYST

This is a full-time position with business-hour shifts and regular travel throughout your assigned regional cluster for installation kickoffs and inspection surveys. As our Senior Real Property Analyst, you'll serve as the Regional Lead for approximately 16 installations, reviewing and validating NexGen IT real property records against physical and electronic facility documentation, conducting analyses, generating Key Supporting Documents, and developing recommendations for corrective actions. You'll collaborate with Installation RPAOs, validate facility and utilization data, support Corrective Action Plan development across all project phases, oversee inspections and site visits, mentor and review the work of fellow analysts, resolve complex discrepancies, and contribute valuable business analytics that support quality assurance and federal audit-readiness initiatives.
